Shipping & Delivery
* Standard size merchandise will generally ship within 5-7 business days.
* Some exceptions do apply and these will be noted at time of order.
* Most orders will ship by freight line and must ship to a commercial address, or be subject to residential delivery charges and possible 1-2 day delay.
* Please inspect crates and boxes carefully at time of delivery, any damage claims must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery.

Returns & Replacements
We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction with every order. Bestskylight promises to deliver high-quality products, in excellent condition, to your door. If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or accept a return of the merchandise we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase
. Please adhere to the following return policy:
The following items may be returned for a refund:
* Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packing.

 * Defective merchandise.

 * Merchandise that has not been installed.

 * Merchandise that was mispacked or was not shipped correctly.

* A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective.
Bestskylight is not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts. If your shipment arrives and appears damaged please inspect the package thoroughly and if the contents appear damned please refuse the shipment we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will do everything we can to have a new order rushed out to you.
1) Find the product Browse through any of our product categories using the navigation on the left hand side of our website. When you find the product that you want, click the "Buy Now" button on the product page.
2) Customize the product Before you customize your product , please be sure to read our Measuring Instruction Guide to ensure a perfect fit. After you have entered the specifications and options of your product, click on the "Add to Cart" button.
3) View Your Shopping Cart
The shopping cart page displays all the items you have selected and also allows you to make any necessary changes. You can update the quantity, add a similar item, delete an item, or edit an item. If you have a coupon code, you may also enter it in the provided field on the page. The shopping cart also provides a subtotal before tax and shipping is applied. If you have no additional products to add to your cart, click on the "Checkout" button.
4) Enter Your Shipping Information We'll ask you to provide your email address, phone number and shipping information. Once you enter your information, proceed by clicking on the "Next" button.
5) Enter Your Payment and Billing Information Before you select a payment method, you can review a summary of your order that includes your final cost. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You may also pay with a credit card over the phone or by mailing a check or money order. For customers paying by check or money order, please note that your order will not be processed until we have received your check and it has cleared the bank. If your billing information is different from the shipping address you specified, you'll be asked to enter your billing address. 5) Verify and Purchase Once you have read and agreed to our Customer Product Order Policy, check the "I Agree" checkbox and click on the "Purchase" button once. There will be a 15 to 60 second delay as your credit card is approved. Please wait until the confirmation page appears.
6) Confirmation You're done! The confirmation page will include a detailed order summary with an order number that can be used to check the status of an order.
